We are delighted to be the winning big bidder on a high spec Scania XT lorry, auctioned off by Keltruck, Europe’s largest Scania distributor. Our sealed bid was enough to secure our latest addition to our growing fleet and a donation of almost £14,000 to our chosen charity, Tŷ Hafan – the hospice for children in Wales.

Anstee Services Operations Director, Calvin Anstee, said: “We were in the market for a short tag-axle lorry, and then we heard about Keltruck’s Scania XT going up for auction. The lorry fits our needs perfectly and at the same time we’ve been able to make a significant donation to a charity we’ve supported for more than 20 years.”

Commenting on the donation, Mair Kinsey, Head of Major Giving at Tŷ Hafan says: “We are hugely grateful to Anstee Services who have made such a wonderful donation to us. Tŷ Hafan couldn’t provide its lifeline services without the generosity of our supporters, and thanks to Anstee Service’s support, we can continue to offer care and comfort to children with life-limiting conditions and their families, helping them to make the most of the time they have together”.
